Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Mumbai, India, and backed up regularly. Each user sees only what their role allows.
Do I need to install any software?
No. IndustryPrime runs in your browser on any laptop or desktop, and the phone app comes with every account.
How fast can we get started?
Your item list, vendors and stock come in through an Excel upload, with no manual entry, and we train your team until everyone is comfortable.
What if my area has poor internet?
IndustryPrime is built for slow plant internet. Screens are kept light, so pages load quickly on low bandwidth.
My staff has very basic computer knowledge. Will they be able to use it?
Yes. The screens are kept plain so that staff with basic computer knowledge can use them. Our implementation team trains your staff hands-on until everyone is comfortable.
Can IndustryPrime be used across multiple plants or profit centres?
